Although Bentley has just unveiled an S version of its Continental GT, the luxury coupe is now available in a new variant from Mulliner. The department dedicated to the customization of the English house signs an ultra-luxury model of the Continental GT and GTC. He presents it at the 2022 edition of the Goodwood speed festival, in the United Kingdom.
Externally, this Continental GT Mulliner differs from the rest of the range quite discreetly. The coupe receives a new Double Diamond grille, characteristic of Mulliner models. The front air intakes receive the same black and silver treatment, but can also be chromed according to the wishes of the buyers. The mirror caps feature a silver and satin or black style. When the doors are opened, the welcome lighting is projected onto the ground, while the door sills light up.

Inside the Continental GT Mulliner, it is the abundance of luxury that is offered to the driver and his passengers. If no limits are set on customization, Mulliner still offers a black and gold configuration exclusive to this version. A total of eight tricolor combinations are available in the catalog. Buyers can opt for 88 different painted woods to customize the dashboard. The seats – embroidered with the Mulliner name – and the door sills feature Diamond stitching in Diamond care to the Crewe company.
The W12 engine gains some power

This Mulliner version of the Continental GT is not only aesthetically different. The hood of the luxury car contains an evolution of the W12 6.0 TFSI engine, which here delivers 659 horsepower, 24 more than the base model. The torque is set at 900 Nm. The Continental GT reviewed and corrected by Mulliner can thus accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.6 seconds, and reach a top speed set at 335 km / h.

Technically, the car is also equipped with Bentley Dynamic Ride air suspension. As an option, it is possible to opt for carbon ceramic brakes, or even for electronic stability control. The Continental GT Mulliner also inherits four-wheel steering and an electronic limited-slip differential. Finally, it benefits from torque vector control which greatly improves grip when exiting a corner.
