Kate Middleton surprises: beer, football in dress … the Duchess of Cambridge lets herself go during a date with William

This Thursday, June 23, Prince William and Kate Middleton moved to Cambridgeshire. The opportunity for the Duchess of Cambridge to reveal her football skills but also to sip a small beer in the company of her husband.

A relaxed day. This Thursday, June 23, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited … Cambridgeshire. Prince William and Kate Middleton thus discovered their first portrait painted together, exhibited at the Fitzwilliam Museum of the University of Cambridge, and were then welcomed at the July Racecourse in Newmarket.

There they enjoyed themselves and did not hesitate to let go. In fact, Kate Middleton, still dressed in a dress and wedge sneakers, was photographed playing football, just like Prince William. A sport that everyone is particularly fond of, never failing to attend a few football matches whenever they can. A passion that they handed down to their children, and in particular to their son George, who had accompanied them on the occasion of a match with the English national team during the European Championships in 2021.

But sport makes you thirsty. It is therefore quite natural that the royal couple then went to a booth to have a shot of beer. While Kate Middleton exchanged a few words with the merchant while sipping a few sips, her husband was seen particularly appreciating the drink to be consumed in moderation.

Finally, to top off the busy day, the Duke and Duchess visited the East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) in Milton, as well as the charity Jimmy’s, a charity that helps the homeless. Causes that Kate and William hold particularly dear.
